The Experience.

Cristine Strickland is a natural light children's photographer in the Grand Junction, Colorado area. Photographing maternity, newborns, babies, and young children, she takes a different approach by coming to them, where they are comfortable. Children open up best in their own surroundings and this is when she captures who they really are, how you see them every day, how you want to remember them in the years to come. Moms are comfortable in their own homes, with their own things, with nothing to pack up and take with them. You could call it journalistic. Her images are beautiful, breathtaking remembrances of your life. Cristine enjoys the variety of an on-location session. Every session is different, unique to you and your family. Every session is tailored to what she encounters when she gets there. She uses no backdrops, only the natural surroundings of your home, the natural light coming through your windows or the beautiful Colorado environments for an outdoor session.

Minis at Kairos

I thought I'd share a few from the mini sessions we did at Kairos Children's Boutique. These minis have been a great success. We had an awesome turnout and every one seems to enjoy themselves. I love the variety of looks I'm able to get right there in the store.

The next minis will probably be for Mother's Day. I want to put the focus on moms and the relationship they have with their children. Feedback on this is welcome. Tell me what you all think!
